The Maspalomas beach has a lot of sun. There are many shops, restaurans, bars, amusement parks, sports facilities, golf, diving, windsurfing, parachuting, football, and a hot nightlife in the shopping centers. However, the main attraction is ths soft sand, the sunny climate and the natural environment of the dunes. Apart from the tourism in Maspalomas, there is also the «International Festival of Contemporary Dance» = MASDANZA and the International University. There is also the Maspalomas space observatory.
